 Dr. David Lind
Chief Medical OfficerDavid Lind, MD, has been an obstetrician and gynecologist since 1988. He is currently in practice at Cheyenne Obstetrics and Gynecology.
At Cheyenne Regional, Dr. Lind is the Medical Director for Quality Improvement and Safety in addition to overseeing physician relations and other medical issues as the hospital’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Through the years, Dr. Lind has also served the hospital as:
- Chief of Staff
- Vice Chief of Staff
- Chair of the Executive Committee
- Chair of the Peer Review Committee
- Department Chair of OB-GYN
Dr. Lind grew up in Cheyenne, graduating from Central High School and the University of Wyoming. He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his internship/ residency in Family Medicine at the University of Wyoming Residency in Family Practice in Cheyenne and his OBGYN residency at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Lind says he appreciates being able to take care of the community, including friends and the many people he has come to know as a long-time resident of Cheyenne.
Dr. Lind and his wife, Kathy, have enjoyed raising their six children in the Cheyenne area. They are happy to participate in the local school system and other activities in the community.
During his free time, Dr. Lind enjoys sports, gardening and church activities.
