- First in Cheyenne and Southern Wyoming to offer hyperbaric chambers for the treatment of chronic wounds
- First provider in Cheyenne to offer Digital Mammography
- Lifestyle Management Center is designated as a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence
- Recognized as one of the "Top 25 Best Hospitals" in the nation for heart valve replacement surgery
- Featured on the Discovery Channel as the first hospital in the nation to use the Stealth Treon neurosurgical navigation system (2003)
- Provided cardiac patients with the first drug-eluting stent, 3-D echocardiography and Transmyocardial Revascularization Laser in the region
- Named in the Top 25% of Home Health Agencies in the United States (2007)
- Created the first comprehensive weight loss surgery program in Wyoming
- Conducted the first artificial disk replacement surgery in Wyoming by partnering with orthopedic surgeons
- Opened Wyoming's first Level II Trauma Center
- Introduced TomoTherapy, a minimally invasive cancer treatment that brings a new level of accuracy in aiming and concentrating the radiation giving better treatment results with fewer patient side effects
